Lead construction. I created by far the most ridiculously curvy and intricate design in the class, and took by far the longest to finish as a result. This assignment was meant to take 15-20 hours of work to finish; I spent over 40 hours on it and had to "adapt" it heavily (read: cut a lot of glass off the edges where it was bulging out) to get it all to fit in a rectangular frame. :-P
Photographed against an overcast sky, which is really ideal, at least if you have a friend or four to help hold up the pieces that weigh 30 odd pounds. :-D
Thank you! This one was made using the same technique they use, only I kinda suck at it.... XD All that cracked glass is due to my overheating it with the soldering iron!
